Exchanges / Returns Policy (Overseas Territories applicable)
- We do not offer unconditional return service for international orders.
- If there are any serious flaws, delivery errors, substandard size and other factors need to apply for a replacement, please notify our customer service via call or E-mail within seven days after receiving the products.
- Please attach the photo of your items in the E-mail, and describing your reasons for replacement, as well as provide the order-number, contact name and complete information, and return the items to WOHO OFFICE. We will send you the replaced products after we received and confirmed your items.
Replacement Packing / Shipping Instructions
- Please maintain the integrity of the products, if it is fragile then need to avoid collision of it must use the bubble wrap to cover the products completely.
